We are overjoyed to report on our recent mission trip back to Kampong Cham Province, marking our first visit in two years! The Lord truly blessed our return, showing us a vibrant transformation in the local church leadership.

A New Wave of Leadership Rises
Our last impression of the ministry in Kampong Cham was that it consisted primarily of older, senior leaders whose energy was understandably limited. However, we are thrilled to share a completely different picture this time! Praise God that a new generation of young leaders has risen up and is actively involved in ministry across the province.
The atmosphere was electric! We were blessed to experience energetic praise and worship led by a full band. This new wave of commitment and enthusiasm was evident, highlighting a fresh authorization and passion to deeply study the Word of the Lord.

Record Attendance and Deep Fellowship
The excitement translated directly into a phenomenal turnout for our seminar:
- Over 70 pastors and leaders attended, significantly exceeding our expectations.
- To accommodate the larger attendance and the participants' eagerness, the DPM-Cambodia team wisely adjusted their schedule to allow more time for small group discussions.
- The groups were filled with vibrant exchange, as participants deeply enjoyed sharing their testimonies and insights from the teaching.
Resting in the Authority of God's Word
Our seminar in 2025 focused on six foundational Derek Prince topics designed to empower and equip these revitalized leaders:
- What’s So Important about the Cross?
- You Matter to God
- Will You Intercede?
- Applying the Blood
- Spiritual Warfare
- Authority and Power of God's Word
Throughout the sessions, we could clearly see the Holy Spirit working. There was a palpable sense of the Lord revealing the heart of our Heavenly Father to all in attendance. The overwhelming feeling was one of peace and rest in His powerful Word.
We give all glory to our Lord for this beautiful demonstration of His faithfulness and for raising up strong, passionate leaders in Kampong Cham!

Light in the Shadow of Conflict –
Christmas 2025
As the year drew to a close, Cambodia found itself draped in two very different atmospheres. While much of the world prepared for Christmas festivities, a somber reality gripped our borders. The escalating conflict at the Cambodia-Thailand border forced thousands to flee their homes, leaving behind their livelihoods and seeking refuge in unfamiliar lands. For these displaced families, the "Christmas spirit" felt far away, replaced by the immediate, pressing fear of survival.
Siem Reap: Mercy Amidst Displacement

Responding to this crisis, the DPM-Cambodia team mobilized to support those who had lost everything. In Siem Reap Province, we focused our efforts on 200 Christian families who had been displaced from the border areas.
Operating with limited funding but a deep sense of mission, we moved into these communities to provide essential food supplies—nourishment that offered both physical strength and the comfort of knowing they are not forgotten. Understanding that children carry the heaviest emotional burden in times of war, we also distributed soft toys. Seeing a child’s face light up as they hugged a simple stuffed animal amidst the dust of displacement was a poignant reminder that even small gestures can restore a sense of wonder in a world turned upside down.

Kompong Thom: A Harvest of Hope
Beyond our relief work, the team traveled to Kompong Thom Province for a Christmas outreach that far exceeded our expectations. More than 500 villagers gathered outdoors to hear the message of the season. Each of them received a proclamation card “God is My Refuge” to meditate on the message shared by Ps. Chhairith.
We used this sacred time to lift our voices in prayer for our nation, asking for peace and reconciliation at the border. As we shared the story of the Savior’s birth—a King born into poverty and displacement Himself—the atmosphere shifted. We were deeply moved when, at the invitation to receive the Gospel, hundreds of people raised their hands to accept Jesus as their Savior. In a province marked by hardship, we witnessed a massive spiritual harvest, proving that the light of Christ shines brightest in the darkest times.

Testimonial from the Christmas Outreach
My name is Sot Sokmao. I raised my hand to accept Jesus Christ because I longed to be free from the sins that followed me like a shadow and from the bondage of the devil. My family had been involved in serving the devil, and I felt trapped by that spiritual bondage.
For a long time, I wanted to know more about Jesus Christ. Since 1997, the desire to follow Him has been in my heart, but my family did not allow it, and there were always obstacles. However, God continued to work in my life.
During a Christmas outreach, I finally made the decision to believe in Jesus Christ. Today, I believe with all my heart that I have been set free from sin and from the bondage of the devil. Through Jesus Christ, I have found freedom, peace, and a new life.
