It begins with a scroll. A search. A question.
And suddenly, someone in Egypt—or another Arabic-speaking country—is reading about Jesus for the first time.
This is the daily reality of Derek Prince Ministries’ Arabic online ministry. Every day, hundreds of thousands of Arabic speakers encounter the truth of God’s Word through our digital outreach. Some are believers looking to grow. Others are seekers—coming from Muslim backgrounds, atheism, or disillusionment—asking deep questions and searching for hope in a place they feel safe—online.
Facebook: A Mission Field of Millions
Our Arabic Facebook page now has more than 288 K followers, reaching over 4.4M people per month, with more than 57K engaging monthly with our posts, videos, and live content. We’re not just posting messages. We’re following up. Our trained team answers messages daily, responding with care, truth, and love. Our team responds to messages 24/7, guiding seekers through conversations, offering biblical truth, and inviting them to join online discipleship groups—a new and growing part of our work. Through this outreach, God is drawing people—especially those from Muslim backgrounds—into a relationship with Himself.
Many seekers feel isolated. That's why we've now begun online discipleship groups—safe spaces for new believers to grow, ask questions, and be led by trained Christian mentors.
These groups are especially critical for those who cannot attend church in person, due to persecution, isolation, or fear. Every week, we enroll new participants—from former Muslims, atheists, and even wounded Christians returning to God.
Stories of Transformation
📍Middle East – Aiza (Female, 20s)
Aiza first reached out to us asking: “Why is reading the Bible connected to faith?” At first, we assumed she was a Christian with doubts. But soon she shared her story: she was raised Muslim, became an atheist, and had just recently started searching for spiritual truth again.
She questioned everything—God’s omniscience, the cross, even prayer. Our counselor gently answered each concern, guiding her step by step through the gospel.
She was afraid to believe—but she prayed, asking God for a sign. After many conversations, Aiza finally said yes to Jesus.
Today, she is reading the book of John with our team, and preparing to join an in-person discipleship meeting.
📍 Middle East – Layla (Female, Muslim Background)
Layla's first messages were cautious and scattered. She asked about the gift of the Holy Spirit but didn’t say much about herself. Gradually, she opened up—she had come to Christ but struggled to lead her daughter in faith. Unable to attend church, she was thrilled when we invited her to join our online discipleship group. Now she is growing in confidence and truth.
📍 Middle East – Imran (Male, 45)
Imran messaged us saying, “How can I get closer to God?” He had tried many times to change his life, but nothing worked. We explained the gospel, and that transformation comes not from willpower, but from the work of Christ within us.
Imran responded, “What do I need to do to follow Jesus?”
We prayed together, and he accepted Christ. He’s now preparing to join a discipleship group.
📍 Middle East – Abeeha (Female, Muslim Background)
Abeeha's life was marked by trauma—abused by family, neglected in marriage, even during sickness. She seriously considered suicide. We began speaking with her, sharing God’s love, the hope of the gospel, and the healing power of forgiveness. Slowly, her heart softened. She repented, received Jesus, and experienced the joy of His presence. Now she’s reading the Bible and continuing to meet with a counselor.
📍 Egypt – Kareem (Male, Christian Background)
Kareem reached out asking for prayer for his sister. But as we spoke, his own pain came out. He shared about childhood wounds, divorce, witchcraft influences, and fear that God was always angry with him. When we shared about God’s love and grace, he was deeply moved. He began reading Derek’s books, praying, and seeking a fresh start with God. He’s now free from pornography and wants to begin a new life of faith.
📍 Middle East – Malik (Male, 26)
Malik is a pharmacist who had followed many preachers but lacked a deep relationship with God. We spoke about repentance and starting fresh, and he prayed to surrender to Christ. He also opened up about struggles with addiction, and we connected him to someone for one-on-one discipleship. He’s now growing in freedom and truth.
📍 Tunisia – Salman (Male, Muslim Background)
Salman wanted to know more about Christianity and said he longed to worship a forgiving God, not a God of hatred. We shared the gospel. He said: “From your words, I now understand—God became man to redeem us.” He accepted Christ and said, “You saved my life.” We began discipleship with him right away.
He longed to worship a forgiving God, not a God of hatred.
📍 Middle East – Zainab (Female, Christian Background)
Zainab came with dozens of Bible verses and questions. Her story was full of confusion, spiritual attack, and doubt. She studied Islam in university after her Muslim friend prayed for her. But eventually, through our counseling and the gospel, she returned to Jesus and is now sharing her faith with others.
What’s Next?
Through Derek Prince’s online teaching, we are seeing the gospel reach hearts we would never meet in person. With help from partners, we’re expanding his sermons into video clips for youth, launching new content on YouVersion, and increasing support for our Arabic mobile app, which continues to grow in downloads. From Gulf Erea to Morocco, from refugees in Lebanon to seekers in Tunis, God is building His Church—one message, one click, one life at a time.
And we say to them, and to you:
Jesus is still setting captives free.
And we get to be part of that. Thank you for helping us reach these Arabic people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
