Greetings.
These past 3 months have been busy and exciting as we remembered Jesus’s death, burial and glorious resurrection and today the Ascension and promise that he will return the same way he went. There has been a deeper sense of the Lord’s presence in the worship in churches this year. People are engaging seriously in worship. With the world around changing so much all the time and things being more unstable people are seeking the Lord and finding Him to be the Rock they can trust. Families are being challenged, children and students are under pressure as the pace of life gets faster and faster.
THE ZULU WEBSITE HAS BEEN EDITED. LET YOUR FRIENDS. FAMILY, CHURCH, YOUTH GROUP KNOW. LOTS OF FREE TEACHING MATERIAL. TEACHING LETTERS AND TESTIMONIES.
Very good News is that the Zulu Website has been edited. We thank Nando for the hard work she put into the editing in spite of having carpel tunnel syndrome experiencing pain while editing. A thank you tea was given to Stienie and Nando in the office as a thank you. It was a lovely time of meeting for the first time and having fellowship together. Nando is involved in her church new believer’s discipleship and the Bible Study group working through Romans. We were able to bless her with Derek’s books for her ministry.

SOUTH AFRICA OUTREACH

Another exciting discovery was finding Bibles at a reasonable price this has been a problem for years. Especially when you are wanting to send them into prisons with the Self Study Bible Course. One morning at 4am I came across a Bible Distribution International ministry right here in Pretoria!! They have many languages. The missionaries in Angola recently wanted to know if there is a Bible in a simpler translation in Portuguese as the people don’t always understand mainland Portuguese language. The Bibles City Bibles distributes is easy to understand but not a paraphrase.
6 boxes of 24 Bibles at R70 per Bible in Afrikaans will be going with Ps. Hampie Stemmet to the Zoar / Calitzdorp area for a Pastor and leaders conference over 4 days. This is followed up to Pastor Hampie’s meeting with three pastors on the roadside in Zoar area. Zoar was a mission station run by German missionaries who came out at the begging of the 1800’s. The pastors have been in daily contact since their meeting with Pastor Stemmet last September asking lots of questions. Ps Stemmet felt he should go back there to give teaching because the pastors have so many questions every day on WhatsApp. The pastors are arranging 4 days to of teaching for pastors and leaders. Pastor Stemmet is just waiting to see what the petrol price is going to be as he is towing a caravan loaded with books and Bibles. He may have to delay slightly to make sure he has the funds to do the trip.
5 boxes of 24 Bibles at R70 per Bible Afrikaans. Bibles will be going to pastors and leaders in the Zoar.
2 boxes of 24 Bibles at R70 per Bible Portuguese. These will be going up to Angola.
2 Boxes of 24 ZULU Bibles at R70 per Bible. 1 box will be going to Ps. Ncube for prison outreach with the 200 Zulu Self Study Bible Course.

The village and mission station is 21 km east of Ladismith, Cape. It was founded by a group of over 200 German Separatists seeking escape from religious persecution. It is difficult to talk about Zoar or Amalienstein separately, so interwoven are these sister Towns. They lie adjacent to one another on Route 62, they are both on the Missionary Route (that includes Mamre, Genadendal, Wuppertal, Steinkopf and Elim) and both Towns are under-explored and dependent on Tourism, for their survival. Their history goes something like this: Zoar was the first of the South African Missionary Society's (SAMS) 'projects', established in 1817. Interestingly the Berlin Mission Society ran the Mission Station on behalf of SAMS Another mission station was established Amalienstein, just next door. Both Missions received substantial funding from a Baroness Amalie von Stein.
Zoar was one of the cities slated for destruction by God in Genesis 19 but was spared. Zoar was a city located at the southeast end of the Dead Sea. The name Zoar means “little” or “insignificant.” It was also known as Bela during the time of Abraham (Genesis 14:2). Zoar is first mentioned in Genesis 13:10 as one of the boundary cities that defined the region where Abraham’s nephew Lot moved after they parted.

It was to this place Pastor Hampie Stemmet on his trip felt led to turn off from the main road and met the 4 men on the side of the road who did not know what they were doing there!!! Pastor Stemmet stopped and found out three of them were pastors from different denominations the other an elder. He was able to minister to them and give them 70 Afrikaans Bibles and a large selection of Derek Prince’s Afrikaans books.

Since this meeting they have been in daily contact via WhatsApp asking many questions. Pastor Stemmet realized that he needed to go to Zoar and give the pastors teaching. He will be taking Boxes of Afrikaans Bibles, Afrikaans Foundation book and the Self Study Bible course, a compendium of 5 books, Spiritual warfare, Blessing or Curse, In Search of Truth, Bought with the Blood. All the books are in Afrikaans mainly spoken in this region. We are deeply grateful for the donor who made it possible to purchase 18 boxes of Bibles in Afrikaans, English, Zulu, Tswana and Portuguese. May the Lord bless him for his generosity for the Kingdom of God.

Pastor Stemmet said his vehicle costs R5000 for the tank to be full and he needs 7 tank full for his trip. He needs to go and teach and answers all the questions these pastors are asking.

Prison Outreach Team were sent 30 English Self Study Bible Course to use in Zonderwater Prison that Pastor Stemmet is involved with near Pretoria.

ANGOLA
Praise the Lord he has provided Wesel in Angola who has been a missionary for O.M(Operation Mobilization) to assist in getting the books to Angola. We will be sending approx. 50 pastors and leaders the Portuguese Bible in a simpler translation they found the mainland Portuguese too difficult. Derek’s Self Study Bible Course and at least 12 Portuguese book titles, there may be 6 more titles in Portuguese which we need to print. These will be going to 10 Operation Mobilization missions’ bases, 10 YWAM bases, 25 Pastors that the late Evangelist Ricky van der Walt trained in salvation, healing and deliverance ministry. And a Bible School in Luanda.
Please pray that these leaders will be encouraged and equipped with Derek’s teaching and be able to teach others and reach out to the unsaved in this end time harvest.
Operation Mobilisation (OM) has been actively serving in Angola since 2002, focusing on building relationships, childhood education, and church planting in least-reached communities. Their work in the country, deeply affected by civil war, brings healing and hope to vulnerable children while sharing the gospel.
Key Initiatives
- El Shammah School: A primary ministry focus is the El Shammah school, which provides standard academics alongside biblical knowledge and discipleship for children from ages 5 to 18.
- Church Planting: Teams work directly with local communities to plant churches among unreached or least-reached groups.
- Literature Distribution: OM teams are heavily involved in distributing Bibles and Bible study materials.
- Ministry Center: OM maintains a center that provides essential housing for missions workers, students, and visitors.
We have ongoing relationships with the ministries we supply Derek’s teaching too. They send reports, testimonies and photo’s of what they are doing with Derek’s material we send them. They are always grateful to receive Derek’s teaching as it is life changing and leadership building.
BOTSWANA

30 copies of the 1stprint of the new Life’s Changing Spiritual Power book in Tswana has gone toBotswana.
Thato who worked for DPMSA someyears ago helped with the editing and some translation work. She was very pleased to receive the books. It took years to complete this project.

If one buys a box of 24 Bibles, the cost is R70 per Bible in Tswana or any other language. 1 Bible is needed by an inmate in prison in Brits. The Tswana Bibles will go to Botswana to Thato Moreetsi a previous staff member of DPMSA who edited the Life’s Changing Spiritual Power 6 compendium book that had it’s first print last December. A 2nd printing of Life’s Changing Spiritual Power book will be printed for a Rehab center in Botswana and the Self Study Bible Course in Tswana.
The Bibles are not the hardcover black Bible but adequate for readers to have the whole Bible in their own language. Some of the languages only have the New Testament. Young people who have read the Bible find it much easier to understand than the traditional English editions.
Pastor Stemmet is inviting 2 pastors from Zimbabwe to SA and will be giving them Shona Bibles and Shona books to take back to Zimbabwe

One of DPMSA supporters has been ordering large quantities of books for the staff at a warehouse in Johannesburg. He ordered 60 “What is so important about the Cross” and “Complete Salvation and How to Receive it.” 20 Shona How to Pass from Curse to Blessing. Pray that these books will bring many to Salvation, Healing and Deliverance.
KENYA OPENING OF THE FIRST BIBLE SCHOOL BUILDING WORLD WIDE
The first Bible School building will be opened in June in Kenya about an hour from where Derek Prince was head of the Teachers Training College. Geoffrey and Pauline Auma are the directors who have a passion to bring Derek’s teaching to the students who are studying Derek’s material. They have raised up teachers in various parts of Kenya who are teaching the new Bible students.
ZIMBABWEANS LIVING IN SOUTH AFRICA
Please pray for the reprinting of 4 Shona books and the 1st printing of another 11 books in Shona. The Foundation booklets and What is so important about the Cross. There are so many Zimbabweans living in South Africa.
Burundi car gaurd. I speak to the car guards when I park my car at the shopping centres. Very often they are from Congo, so I give them Derek's French website or booklet. I have been finding a number of them are from Burundi. They all get so excited to know that i know something about their country and that Derek's teaching is in their languages. I have a printout of the list of French places to find the free material online and the Portuguese and refer them to the various websites and Mobile App.

Online Courses. We are pleased to hear that there have been approximately 50+ people in SA doing the online courses and enjoying them. They have said even though they thought they knew the subject they have learnt so much. A number were asking for more teaching on Pulling down Strongholds. Many come for or order the books for the courses as well. Pray for all those who have done the online courses that they will not keep it to themselves but share it with others and pass on the information regarding the courses. Courses still coming this year “Power in His Name”.

A lady visited to buy more books. She was asking for more study books like the Self Study Bible Course as the group had almost completed the SSBC and wanted the next Self Study Bible Course. She said the book had made a huge impact on the group who had been studying together through it. We did recommend Romans and when the Hebrews book is available, they can do those studies. They also run a children's ministry and were looking for material for Children. We do have the Children's declaration cards they can apply in their teaching and for memorization.
200 Zulu Self Study Bible Course will be sent to prisons in Kwa Zulu Natal with Zulu Bibles.
Pray that the material will result in Salvation, Healing and Deliverance in the inmates and staff at the prison. That lives will be transformed by the Power of the Holy Spirit. Another prison has 1000 inmates and another 10,000 and 5 prison libraries. These prisons are all open for Derek's teaching material and Bibles.

Some countries in Africa find it difficult to get Christian literature into the prisons. We need to get as much of Derek’s Teaching into the prisons to transform lives while this door is still open. Derek’s Self Study Bible Course has impacted many people’s lives over the years. It happened in Pietermaritzburg Prison. David Caine was visiting every Monday with not much happening. A lady donated 50 Zulu SSBC and within weeks the prison inmate’s lives were transformed. They started cell churches in prison.
Wonderful news is that Appointment in Jerusalem has been edited in Zulu.

The teacher at the Christian School who teaches ZULU said it was a good translation (it was digitally translated). She really enjoyed reading the book. She had a friend read the book to make sure she had not missed any corrections. The book will now go for the layout. Lynn who worked for DPMSA some years ago and is an editor and copywriter also does layout. she will do the layout of the book. Pray that the final work on the book will be completed soon so we can get it into print and get copies to the prison libraries. Teaching letters will also be translated and edited for the Zulu website.
More good news, the Zulu Website has been edited by a lady who serves at Ellel Ministry she did it as a love gift to the ministry. Even with suffering with Metacarpal Tunnel Syndrome and being in pain she persevered. We were able to meet her and celebrate it with tea in the office. We gave her a number of books relevant to her ministry with children, youth and the discipleship teaching she does at her church. She works for the government. See article at the beginning of the newsletter.
TESTIMONY

Stephanus who visited the shop gave the following testimony. His business was not doing well. No work was coming in. He ran Christian camps for children, youth and families FREE of charge which the company paid for. He then heard Derek's teaching on casting down strongholds. He went to the office and had communion and then he took authority and cast down the strongholds the Lord has showed him. Suddenly the orders started coming in and they had enough to run the Christmas camps. Thea business has recovered. They are involved with healing and deliverance. He said Derek's testimony about getting rid of the Chinese dragon article made him clear his home and shares this with others who have seen miracles of healing when their homes were cleaned.
Visitors to the office and people who order books or have special needs for healing or comfort after a loved one has gone to be with the Lord, we give them some of Derek’s books or direct them to the relevant topic on YouTube, Website or Cell Phone App.
REQUEST FROM A BLIND MAN WHO HEARS DEREK’S MESSAGES ON RADIO NORTHEAST OF PRETORIA.
We had a phone call from Mpumulunga for a blind man who is listening to Derek’s radio messages. He is blind. He really wants to hear the messages. We are sending him the Mega Voice Solar Player with 400hours of Derek’s Legacy Radio Programs (and we add the Foundations in the African language).
Read the following interesting article on the MegaVoice website, regarding bringing the word to life for the visually impaired. The article highlights how solar-powered audio Bibles are helping visually impaired people in South Africa gain greater independence and spiritual access to Scripture.
Read More (This article is from the supplier of the MegaVoice Players here in Wingate Park Pretoria.)
Derek Prince Ministries SA has acquired our MegaVoice Solar Players from Johan. He has kindly assisted DPMSA. We load the 5years of Legacy Radio Broadcasts onto the Solar Player.
We would like to send out more Mega Voice Players we have almost depleted the funds. A player costs approx. R700. Where we can add the Foundations audio 10hours audio in the appropriate African language of the recipient. We do keep a special fund just for the Mega Voice Solar Players.
NAMIBIA
Revive Us Bookshop in Windhoek has bought books from DPMSA for a number of years.

LESOTHO
When we (Stephan and Christiane Schmidt) left Lesotho in May 2024, we fully expected to return to our familiar home there. Only the timing was open. In the months that followed we prayed, asked, and waited. Step by step it became clear that God had a different path for us. That realization wasn’t easy, but it brought peace.

Our return to Lesotho was initially planned. But after months of prayer it became clear: our time there has ended. We will remain in Germany - likely until the boys finish school - and continue our work from here. On the ground, the work is being carried forward excellently by Sekelemane. We see that not only through our regular phone calls with him and his wife, but also from our visit with the team in August. It was encouraging to see how stable and engaged the work is.

Thank you very much for your kind message and for all the effort you and Derek Prince Ministries continue to invest in supporting us. I am truly grateful for the materials you have already sent and for your heart to equip us with Derek’s teachings. Please also accept my sincere apology for not communicating sooner after receiving your generous gifts.
After taking over the leadership role here, I faced some internal challenges within the team which demanded a lot of attention and made it difficult for me to keep up with communication. Thankfully, things are settling, and I am now able to re engage properly.
I would love to understand more about your ministry, the resources you offer, and how we can make the best use of the material and courses you provide. It would be a great blessing if we could have an online meeting. Thank you again, Isabel, for your kindness, your patience, and your commitment to strengthening the Body of Christ — even in places with difficult access. I am truly thankful, and I look forward to learning more and partnering more effectively.
May the Lord bless you richly as we labour together for His Kingdom.
With gratitude,
Sekelemane Khoananyana
We will continue to support the work that Sekelemane is doing in Lesotho with Operation Mobilization. I have contacted YWAM in Lesotho to find out how we can assist them with Derek’s teaching. We do have the Foundation 10hours teaching on DVD in 13 languages for Africa. These will be added to YouTube with a link to the relevant website etc.
FNO DIRECTORS MEEETING OCTOBER 4TH TO THE 11TH 2026
Ina and I will be attending the FNO Directors and Fellowship of National Offices meeting this year. Ina has a good understanding of the DPM Connect Team. There are a lot of new developments in the IT, website, YouTube, Facebook, DPM cell phone App. The connect Team have been able to reduce the AI pirate sites that are airing Derek’s YouTube material. There were hundreds of these YouTube sites to very few. They are keeping a watch on this situation. All the new developments will be discussed at the FNO meeting.
Besides all the above ministry that has been taking place we have given outreach material to individuals who visit the office or share their situations. It could be having lost a loved one or sickness or need for a group Bible Study Group needing material.
The past 3 months we have sent or given on outreach (Retail Price) R32,774. This is normally invoices at Outreach Prices.
All this has been made possible from your generous donations and prayer support. You are part of this team to get Derek’s teaching and the Bibles to very needy people who sometimes have never even owned their own Bible. When Derek’s teaching is given to a leader or pastor or Bible school or Prison it makes an impact and brings change in the hearts of the people. We have seen it impact communities. The Holy Spirit is moving in Africa. We get excited when we hear the testimonies of what Derek’s teaching is accomplishing. The time is short and we need to get as much as we can out to those who are desperate for it.
Thank you again for your faithfulness in reaching and discipling the nations in Africa.
Blessings,
Isabel Surgeon
Managing Director - Derek Prince Ministries Southern Africa
