This year, the Lord has repeatedly opened remarkable doors for ministry throughout the state of Kerala. Although Kerala has the highest Christian population in India, much of its Christianity has been shaped by long-held traditions that often place a greater emphasis on law than on grace. As a result, believers are frequently cautious of anyone proclaiming the message of God's grace, making this one of the most challenging fields in which we have ministered.

Yet we have witnessed once again that the light of God's truth is able to penetrate even the strongest walls of tradition and prejudice. As His Word was faithfully proclaimed, the Holy Spirit moved powerfully to dismantle barriers, break long-held misconceptions, and illuminate hearts with the liberating revelation of the finished work of Christ.
During April and June 2026, the Lord enabled us to minister for the first time in the cities of Neyyatinkara, Pala, Trivandrum, Alappuzha, Munnar, Sathram, and Palakkad. In each location we taught on The Divine Exchange—the glorious truth of what Christ accomplished for us through His death on the cross. It was deeply encouraging to witness pastors and church leaders embracing these truths with open hearts as the Spirit of God brought fresh revelation through His Word.
The testimonies that followed were profoundly moving.
At Neyyatinkara, one pastor shared that God had finally answered questions he had wrestled with for many years—questions that had remained hidden within his heart without resolution. Another pastor testified, "Every word was life-giving. I came feeling like a dry, dead leaf, but I leave with new life springing up within me."
Perhaps nowhere was the opposition more evident than in Alappuzha, where some local pastors attempted to discourage attendance by publicly labelling DPM as a "cult." Yet the Lord once again demonstrated that His purposes cannot be hindered by human opposition. People travelled not only from different parts of Kerala but even from far away states to attend what proved to be a divine appointment.
Among them was a missionary serving in the northern state of Gujarat, who happened to be home in Kerala on vacation. At the conclusion of the conference she shared with great emotion that she felt God had brought her home specifically to cleanse away the discouragement and weariness accumulated through years of ministry. She testified that the teaching had given her a renewed understanding of the basis of her victory in Christ and had refreshed her spirit for the work ahead. As the meeting concluded, the organising pastor stood before the congregation and declared, "To us who came, the Word has become spirit and life."
In Pala, one of the senior pastors openly admitted that he had initially expected ministry to come through the laying on of hands. Instead, he discovered that from the moment he sat under the teaching, it was the Word of God itself that ministered to his heart. He testified that many misconceptions had been corrected, particularly his understanding of suffering. "I always believed that because Christ suffered, we too must suffer," he said. "Now I understand that because He bore the shame, I am invited to share in His glory."
A pastor in Sathram expressed his gratitude by saying, "Through the teaching, you literally transported me to the cross. Every aspect became so clear that my heart was first broken and then revived by the understanding of what Christ accomplished there."
In Palakkad, a pastor's wife shared that the teaching had drawn her out of a shallow walk with God into a place of deep commitment and renewed love for the Lord.
One of the comments we heard repeatedly throughout these meetings captured the heart of what God was doing: "You gave us nothing but the Word—and such a balanced presentation of it as Kerala so desperately needs today."
We are deeply grateful to the Lord for the doors He has opened, for His protection in the face of opposition, and above all for the transforming power of His Word. We rejoice that pastors and leaders are returning to their churches with a clearer understanding of the finished work of Christ and a renewed passion to proclaim the gospel of grace. We trust that the seeds planted during these first visits will continue to bear lasting fruit, bringing freedom, maturity, and hope to many throughout Kerala.
